• Once a booking is made, our representative will contact you to confirm the appointment.

• You must provide accurate information when placing a service request.

3. Payments

• All payments for repair services are to be made directly to our technician or through online methods, as agreed.

• Charges may vary depending on the issue, parts required, and location.

• Any replacement parts used during the repair may carry a separate cost.

4. Warranty

• We provide a limited service warranty on certain repairs (if mentioned during service).

• We do not provide any warranty on branded appliance parts unless supplied by the original manufacturer.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a service at least 2 hours before the appointment time.

• Refunds are only applicable if a payment has been made in advance and the service is not delivered due to our fault.

• No refunds are provided for completed services.

• We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

If you require brand-authorized service, we recommend contacting the brand's official customer support directly. We only provide out-of-warranty repair services.
